I am so pleased to announce that I will be conducting a Photography  Cruise & Travel Workshop in some of the most exotic locations in Croatia!

When: May 17-24, 2019
Where: Croatia, starting in Zagreb, ending in Split

Ports of Call: Zagreb, Plitvice National Park, Split, Bol, Hvar, Korčula, Dubrovnik, Mljet, Pučišća, Omiš, and Split

Fly in: ZAGREB  Fly out Split

At each port, there will be photo excursions where I will be teaching different photographic techniques  All classroom training including Lightroom/Photoshop training will be conducted while sailing.

ITINERARY:

 Day 1, May 17, Arrive Zagreb – transfer to Plitvice Lakes

Arrival to Zagreb airport and meeting of the group. Transfer to Plitvice Lakes starts from Zagreb at sharp 5 pm (exact location will be announced later), dinner and overnight at Plitvice Lakes.

Day 2, May 18, Plitvice Lakes – Split

Early morning tour of the Plitvice Lakes including a boat ride on the lower lakes. In the early afternoon transfer to Split to board your Ship

Overnight stay in Plitvice 

Day 2 May 18: ARRIVAL – SPLIT, Saturday (D)

Your ship will be docked in Split Port, and embarkation starts at 1 PM. Take some time to freshen up before our gathering in the evening for the welcome dinner. Overnight in Split.

Day 3 May 19: SPLIT – BOL – HVAR, Sunday (B, L)

Today’s first stop is in Bol, the island of Brac, with a swim at the Golden Cape. Head toward the island of Hvar later on. A sightseeing tour of Hvar town upon arrival.  Note: Due to the limited capacity of the Hvar Port (during peak season in July and August) the ship may dock in alternative ports in the island: Stari Grad or Jelsa. In that case, a coach transfer will be organized to and from Hvar Town.

Day 4 May 20: HVAR – KORCULA, Monday (B, L)

Set sail for Korčula. Swimming stop on the way. Early afternoon we arrive Korcula, the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Take a walking tour of the medieval town. Your evening is free in Korčula.

Day 5 May 21: KORČULA ISLAND – DUBROVNIK, Tuesday (B, L)

Sail to Dubrovnik the iconic Pearl of Adriatic, upon arrival, a walking tour of the ancient city and later enjoy the free time to explore on your own. Overnight in Dubrovnik.

Day 6 May 22: DUBROVNIK – MLJET, Wednesday (B, L)

Sail back north, toward the Island of Mljet. Possibility to visit the Mljet National Park. Your afternoon and evening are free in Mljet.

Day 7 May 23: MLJET – PUCISCA, Thursday (B, L, D)

morning cruise toward the island of Brac. Arrive Pucisca, in the afternoon. Explore on your own before we gather on deck to enjoy the Captains dinner onboard.

Day 8 May 24: PUCISCA – OMIS – SPLIT, Friday (B, L)

Depart toward Omis. You will have a possibility to book a short walking tour. Later, continue to Split with a stop along the way to swim. Late afternoon, we arrive in Split. Walking tour of the historical center. Overnight in Split.

Day 9 May 25: SPLIT – DEPARTURE, Saturday (B)

After breakfast, it’s time to disembark.

Ship: M/S Kleopetra

M/S Kleopatra was built in 2015. It has 19 very spacious cabins with private facilities and air-conditioning providing elegance cruise for up to a maximum of 38 persons. All guest cabins are very comfortable, fully air-conditioned, with an independent ventilation system for fresh air all the time, conveniently designed with modern private en-suites, toilet, and shower in the cabin. All cabins are equipped with independent AC control board, Satellite LCD TV, designed wallboards, working table and chair, couch, mirror, night lamps, safe deposit box, radio, hairdryer, 220 V electric supply, life-jacket, large wardrobe and luggage space under bed, as well as the latest safety & fire alarm and sound system for notifications of a cruise manager or group leader. Almost all of the cabins have the possibility to have twin or double bed configuration.

Cancellation policy

  • In case the workshop is filled and you decide to cancel, we will refund you the full amount you paid minus  $300 as service charge.
  • In case there are still seats available for the workshop and you decide to cancel, then you will be refunded based on the following:
  • More than 60 days to the commencement of the workshop: few will refund you the full amount minus $300 fee.
  • 45 – 60 days : 50% refund. Less than 45 days: no refund
  • We will refund you by the same method you originally paid for the workshop
